Full payment of the venue rental is made via the credit card on file 48hours before your event.

Important! Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies:
Cancellation Policy
Standard Bookings: Deposits are fully refundable if the event is cancelled 45 days before the reservation date.
Non-Refundable High Demand Dates: Deposits are non-refundable for events booked during:
Grand Prix Weekend (June 12–15) & Holiday Period (December 1 – January 3)
Rescheduling Policy
Apply only to standard bookings: You may rebook your event 1 time without penalty if you reschedule within 21 days before the reservation date. If you need to cancel and rebook within 21 days of your reservation, the $500 deposit is forfeited.
Terms and Conditions Specific to the Event Space Rentals
Event Space Rental Inclusions:
Connections Ralia shall rent to the “Client” for the purpose of the Event and for the duration of the Event Date the Event Space (defined “Connections”). The Event shall take place on the main floor level located at 4281 Blvd St-Laurent, Montreal, Quebec and give access to the 2500 square foot space including:
1 reception & coat check area
1 washroom / 3 toilets
Security system, including 2 exterior cameras and 3 interior cameras in the reception area
High speed internet
Access to store food in open kitchen and Access to store food in freezer (see Venue Manager for access)
Chairs and tables for sitting 100 people
Audio/video presentation system (see details below)
1 prep kitchen area & access to commercial appliances (*with conditions, see below)
Glasses, mugs, dinner plates, small plates, cutlery for 100 people (*with conditions, see below)
On-site Venue Manager during your event to open/close the space and for temperature/audio control.
Furniture setup (see details below)
Cleaning fee included however, clients are still responsible for returning the venue to the condition in which it was found. This includes removing personal items, decor, and garbage, and ensuring that surfaces are left tidy.
*Access to the kitchen, plates and glassware are included in base rental, however, please note that additional costs may be applied based on the size of your event and specific requirements for servers and dishwashing. Typically all events using the dish-ware require a dishwasher for the event - please confirm with us during planning.
*Access to kitchen appliances is not permitted without management present, and must be approved in advance. Any damages or misuse will result in additional fees. Management is not responsible for serving or cleaning. Please discuss staffing needs ahead of time.
Base Rental & Overtime Fees
Base rental fees are as locked in as outlined on our price list upon booking and include the cleaning fee, and the venue management fee. Our rental fees are subject to change at any time and are not guaranteed for future bookings.
If the event exceeds the agreed-upon booking time, additional fees may apply. Overtime rates will be charged per hour or part thereof, based on the venue’s standard hourly rate.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
Reservation Deposit: A $500 deposit is required to reserve the venue. The reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
Security Deposit: Connections Ralia requires a credit card on file at the signing of the contract. This credit card will be charged for any damages that may occur. A walk through before and after the event will be done to ensure that nothing is damaged.
Final Payment up to 2 weeks before the event by client or 48hours before the event by Connections Ralia automatically. Remaining payment and any other outstanding fees are paid via credit card based on the agreed upon invoice.
Alcohol Service & Policy
“Connections” is a licensed restaurant-bar. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through our bar. External alcohol or permits are strictly prohibited. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through our bar to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Gratuity: An 18% service charged to pre-paid invoices and to bar tabs during the night.
Violation Fine: Unauthorized alcohol will result in immediate event shutdown and a $5,000 fine, plus any applicable legal penalties.
Hours of Service: Alcohol will be served only during the agreed-upon times.
Age Verification: Guests consuming alcohol must be 18+ with valid ID.
Behaviour: Service may be refused to intoxicated or disruptive guests. The Renter will cooperate with Venue staff to ensure the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.
Liability: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its staff, and its affiliates from any liability, injury, or damages resulting from the behavior of guests under the influence of alcohol at the event. The Venue will comply with all applicable liquor laws but assumes no responsibility for the actions of guests once alcohol has been served in accordance with those laws.
Access to the space
All deliveries must occur within the timeframe set by “Connections”. If there’s an event before yours, timed delivery is required. “Connections” is not responsible for checking or handling items brought by rental companies. Any excess packaging or materials must be removed by the rental company, client, or their representative.
Limited storage is available on request. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items. If damage occurs from suppliers hired directly by the renter (not through Altitude Connections), the renter covers repair costs.
“Connections” staff may enter the premises as needed during the event. A staff member will be on-site throughout to assist, check supplies, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Clients and their guests must vacate by event end, or additional fees may apply.
Venue Condition & Clean Up
Connections will provide the venue in a clean and ready condition for the client’s event. The client must agree to return the venue in the same condition immediately following the event. The venue manager will conduct a walkthrough before and after the event to ensure the venue is left in good condition. Any damages or excessive mess will result in additional charges.
Furniture Setup
Furniture setup is a premium feature included in the base rental and accommodates up to 100 guests. Layout must be confirmed at least one week before the event. Without notice, furniture will be arranged at our discretion. Custom setups and any changes during the event must be pre-approved. Additional fees may apply for extra staff or furniture.
Our Commitment to Reduce our Carbon Footprint
We are committed to sustainability and actively work to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint. Our venue supports responsible waste management, discourages single-use items, and follows best practices in recycling and composting. We also prioritize energy and water efficiency through the use of low-flow fixtures, energy-efficient appliances, and food waste reduction practices.
Strict waste protocols are in place and must be followed by all clients and their vendors. Clearly labeled bins for garbage, recycling, and compost are provided, and proper sorting is required.

Noise & Music
Music and celebration are welcome but must comply with residential noise rules. Music must be turned down by 11:00 PM. DJs or live bands require prior approval. “Connections” staff may lower or stop music if noise complaints arise. Repeated issues can lead to event shutdown. Avoid noise and gatherings near the front entrance. Any fines from noise violations will be charged to the client.
Food & Beverage Policy
To ensure smooth coordination, Connections requires contact with all caterers at least two weeks prior to the event. Connections is not responsible for any food or beverage-related expenses, nor liable for any food-related injury or illness. Our kitchen and prep area is not a full production space and is intended solely for final food presentation, plating, and bussing. All food must be removed after your event.

Site Decoration
Connections wants to make every event a special and welcome experience. Therefore, every effort will be made to allow Client to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and wall. Any damage will be charged after your event.
Conduct
Absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or within 30 feet of the building, including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. Disparaging remarks or any form of physical violence will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion. Clients and guests are expected to use the premises respectfully at all times.
For underage events, such as youth parties, we strongly prefer that underage attendees do not have in-and-out privileges. Any conduct deemed disorderly, at the sole discretion of Connections staff, will be grounds for immediate expulsion and termination of the rental period. In such cases, no refund of event fees will be issued.
Damages, Repair Costs & Extraordinary Cleaning Costs
The entire space will be provided in a clean condition and the space should be returned to a clean condition immediately following your event. A final walk- through is done by your event Venue Manager at the close of your event.
The Client shall be responsible for any damages (including, but not limited to, property damage and personal injury) suffered or incurred by Les Connections Ralia Inc or any employee, guest, invitee or contractor of Les Connections Ralia Inc caused by the Client or any guest, invitee or contractor of the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Les Connections Ralia Inc, its affiliates, their employees, contractors, directors, and officers from all actions, costs, claims, losses, expenses and/or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the Client's use of the services and facilities of Les Connections Ralia Inc unless the same are due to the negligence or misconduct of any of the Indemnitees. The Client shall be fully liable for any costs incurred by Les Connections Ralia Inc to repair any damage caused to the building, and replace any property in the building that is damaged, stolen or vandalized as a result of the Client's use of Connections, including, but not limited to, the willful or negligent acts or omissions of the Client's guests, invitees or contractors.
Emergency Protocols
In the event of an emergency, Connections staff will follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. The Client agrees to cooperate fully with any instructions given during an emergency.
Insurance
Les Connections Ralia Inc holds insurance for liability and damage that is our responsibility but we encourage our renters to have their own insurance as needed for their event.
