  • Filtered still and sparkling water fountain for your guests

  • On-site venue management – Ensuring a seamless event experience

  • Post-event cleaning – We take care of the cleanup

Add-Ons:

  • Valet, photo booth, themed decor, entertainment & more – If you can imagine it, we can make it happen!

Catering & Food Options:

  • Access to the kitchen, plates and glassware are included in base rental, however, please note that additional costs may be applied based on the size of your event and specific requirements for servers and dishwashing. Typically all events using the dish-ware require a dishwasher for the event.

  • Catering is not included, but we partner with trusted local caterers and offer daily on-site catering from Cass Café.

  • You are also welcome to bring in any caterer or food option of your choice.

Bar service:

  • We offer a variety of bar packages available to suit any budget.

  • Cash bar option requires a minimum of 30 guests.

  • For smaller events, a bartender can be provided at an additional fee.
